EKOTURISTIKO - Prigorje Brdovečko, association for promotion of ecology and tourism is situated in the rural area between Zagreb and Slovenian border. Its members strive to find out balanced and sustainable solutions to solve local problems or conflicts of interests. Connecting ecological issues with tourism and recreation is in the focus of their activities.
EKOTURISTIKO aims to creating a network of local people and sites, to show and preserve local values, to support citizens’ interests and to protect their right to healthy environment. They organize small actions, gatherings, lectures, excursions and visits throughout the area of Brdovec.
